First question, does the FP+ Selection open up at midnight on day 60 of my park day?

And whats the weather like in the first week of oct? we are going back just for 1 MK day to see the halloween decor this year

I love Oct. weather. Not stifling hot but extremely warm.

thanks! we are excited to go, its gonna be about $700 for room, tix and airfare, but we are big fans of halloween so all the disney halloween stuff will be our biggest draw

FYI, it can be extremely hot and humid in October. I've done five October trips and the weather has ranged from pleasant (upper 70s to low 80s) to "surface of the sun" hot (mid-to-upper 90s) and very humid. Just be prepared and drink lots of water.

You just never know - I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

thanks for the tip! we just came back from our may week long trip and it was really hot! i think we will be ok for a single park day. Plus we are coming from MI so we will enjoy the heat one more time before the fridgid cold comes calling haha
