My question is. I won the ticket through that promotion. So, I will be getting a voucher for the ticket to Universal for 7 days. Ok. So, I was thinking stay at Disney with free dining, and go one day to Universal when I can. But, then I happened upon a good price which would allow me to stay onsite at Universal instead. I cannot believe I am even considering this. But, I am actually thinking about bypassing my Disney trip totally. And staying onsite at Universal. Now, my question is this. I am going to pay for the room @ Royal Pacific. Will I get front of the line access. Even though. I did not purchase a package, yes right??

Yes. You get front of the line access regardless of who you book with if you stay at any of the Universal hotels.

I'm not an expert or anything but I do like to give unwarranted advice. Sometimes people like it....most times not. Rap already answered the most important question. With that bonus, and if you can save a bunch of money when having to factor in the dining you will pay for now, then by all means do it.

I am also assuming you have visited US and Disney before and know what each has to offer.

you could book room only, have a package, it does not matter.
if you are a guest, you get fotl




next question:

The batteries for the remote were dead so the kids threw the remote in the garbage can.
