I was wondering what you wear to experience the Exotic Rasul in the spa. It does not really say in the description. I am doing with my DH, so should we wear swimsuits or nothing? :confused3

Thanks for you help!
Laura

You are given a robe to change into in the locker room, and then you're walked to the rasul room. After an orientation and explanation of the rasul, you are "locked in" and left alone to shower, enjoy the steam room, and use all sorts of fun spa products - oils, muds, etc.

You can wear a swimsuit, but that would probably make using the showers, muds, and oils messier!

I am sure you can wear a swimsuit - the only thing we asked for was extra towels - Ohhhh I loved that time with DH - the Knock on the door for the 10 minute warning was very light though - but wowo can't wait to do it again!

Thanks for your posts! I scheduled it for next Sunday just before we arrive in Key West. I thought it would be a great way to start out our cruise...sounds like I was right! Now I can't wait!!

We are also scheduled for this. DH doesnt even know what it is. He just knows we have a spa scheduled together:bitelip:

Anyway, I have a weird question also. How much light is in the room? Is it kinda dim so it can be romantic (meaning DH cant see ALL my cellulite:lmao: )

I was wondering that as well! Maybe that mud will make the cellulite go away! :rotfl2:

My DH and I just love the Exotic Rasul. The nice thing about it is you can make it as romantic as you like. I really liked trying out all the products. My only suggestion is to wear flip flops (they usually provide you some along with your robe, but if they don't just ask) because the steam room can get pretty hot. Have a great time!:goodvibes

HOT AND STEAMY:lovestruc

DH commented after our Spa trip that he felt like a NEWLYWED in there. He said "wow, it was like it was our honeymoon and we were totally connected to each other" It did feel like that - there is no outside interuptions - no kids - no phone - no anything - so you can be as romantic and passionate as you want - or as silly as you want - I took the mud and threw it at him - so we had a mud fight too - talk about GIGGGGGGGLEEEEEEE - WOW just worth it in my opinion...but again - you make it what you want - a person at the next table that night stated she and her DH hated it... :scratchin

go ahead and wear nothing so you can fully enjoy it. if they do happen to walk in on you, you dont know them so dont worry about it.

Thanks for all of the advice. My DH and I love to take romantic bubble baths together, so I have no doubt we will have a great time!

Do bring your flip flops along, as the steam and the running water can get a little hot on your feet. I can remember my Dh and I got in a little mudfight as well:lmao: .As far as clothing, we wore our regular clothing and changed into the robes they provide. Enjoy that hour alone, you certainly won't forget it and it is very worth the money. I have read on some posts that they may offer you to buy from the line of products (oils, lotions, scrubs, things of that nature) after your time. She did let us know that anything would be available to buy, but we were not given a "pushy" sales pitch for the items. I think there was a 15% gratuity. I may be wrong, it has been a year and half since our cruise. Have Fun!

I noticed too that it is cheaper to pre-book online - $83 online versus $99 once onboard.

Also, at the end we got two full-size products (that were available for use in the rasul) as a gift, with no pushy sales pitch. They were Elemis Japanese Camellia Oil - 100ml and Elemis Sharp Shower gel - 250ml, both very nice!!!

Glad I booked online! I hate pushy salespeople, so thanks for putting my fear at rest! And free products would be very nice.

My DH and I did the Rasul in December and had a great time. I am not sure if they knocked and by the time we came out we were well over our time. I was nearly ashamed as we had that mud everywhere! and I do mean everywhere. I guess we should have washed it off.......

My DH normally does not like lotions and creams absolutely LOVED the Rasul and says it is a definitely must do on our next cruise above anything else.

Have fun!

Everyone else get these? I had never heard anyone say they were given anything. Just they were told they could buy.

Can you control the heat and humidity inside the room? My wife can get somewhat dizzy if it's too hot or humid. I thought that we might still try it if we could control these.

Thanks!
