Question about Epcot UK Pavillion

When I was last at Epcot I let my boys run around in the maze at the UK Pavillion. While there I noticed a Fastpass line in the back of the building that was closed (roped off and the return time was blank). This is probably something totally obvious and will make me look dumb - I apologize if this has been mentioned upteen times before and maybe I was hallucinating, but what in the world is this for? Is it for character meet and greets? I looked on Fastpass+ but only saw the Epcot attractions I know about and none are in the UK.

That's the stage for the British Revolution band if you mean the little building next to the maze? It used to be for the British Invasion. They will usually post the return times on the sign.

Yes, there is some sort of fastpass line back for Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, but I don't think they use it.
