Question about Entertainment book for Orlando

Does anyone have a list of which Disney restaurants (DTD or Boardwalk incl.) are featured in the Entertainment book?

I'm thinking about purchasing a book for our trip in Sept. and was hoping that House of Blues Gospel Brunch would be in there (since it's $30 per adult.)

Or are there vouchers that can be used for the HOB Gospel Brunch?

Howdy!! I am just back from my trip and I also bought an Entertainment book. The only Disney restaurant in the book is the All Star Cafe at the All Star Hotel. To be honest, The Entertainment book is only very helpful if you are not staying on the grounds or if you are looking for coupons for your car rental.
