Question about emojis…can anyone help me out?

Hello!

I wrote last week that half of my emojis are now showing as question marks while I am in Safari. I discovered that if I switched to Chrome, all the emojis are there, but then I was having issues posting pictures in my trip report so back to Safari I go.

It seems that every day I lose more and more emojis though, so now when I open the box, it looks like this:

When people put emojis in their replies to me, all I see are question marks.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Is there a way to fix it?

Just FYI, I use a Mac but I have not upgraded to Mojave recently or made any other changes.

By any chance, have you tried clearing your cache? That might have something to do with not seeing the emojis.

No. Mostly because I have no idea what that means. I'm off to google and see if it helps! Thanks…I'll report back

Well, I am glad to have seen this....I have had the same problem, and will see if I can fix my problem too!
