Question about EMH at Epcot

During EMH at night, at Epcot. What stays open in the World Showcase. Is it just the rides listed, or are the coutry's pavillions still open? If the pavillions are still open, are the movies also running, like the movie in China, and the likes. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

The Living Seas (including Turtle Talk with Crush continuously until 11:40pm)

Ok, so are like the shops and restraunts still open till park close, or do they close, and just the listed attractions stay open?

The bigger shops will be open, like Mousegear, but I am not sure about the smaller shops... As far as dining, it can vary depending on the day that you are going, these are the dining options that are avalaible this week for Epcot just as a point of reference:
