question about drinks at CS

We will have the DDP on our Nov. trip. I have a couple questions about drinks you can get at CS meals.
1. Can we get bottled water instead of a soft drink? Sometime we might not want a soda.
2. If my mom and I share a meal can we get an empty cup to share the drink or get a free cup of ice water?
3. Not a drink question, but still a CS questions, is there any CS places that allows fruit as a dessert option? What about the food courts, can you get an apple for dessert?

1. Places that have bottled water (single serving size) should allow them as a CS beverage.

2. I have no direct experience, but I have seen numerous reports that you can get a cup of ice water for free at CS locations just for asking. I'd imagine a cup of ice without water (with another purchase, of course) would be fine.

3. Pretty much ever CS has kids' meals -- at the very least you should be able to get the kids' fruit offering as your dessert.
