Question about Dollar rental....

Does one need to be a member of Dollar Express to pick up car in parking garage garage instead of desk in terminal? My DH is, but we are traveling with DS and family, who is not. I want to go to only one desk!

Also, is there any need for paying for the transponder if we are traveling only to Disney on 417? Can we still pay for those couple of tolls the good old fashioned way-with cash?

not sure about the Dollar desk, but you can pay tolls in cash on the 417. Actually, back in October, the 528 I4 route was a bit slow, but not bad.

Yes, I think that the person picking up and paying for the car needs be a Dollar Express member. I can sure you can call and get an official answer. It is free to sign up so I would if I were you, the time savings is worth it.
