Question About Disney 'Ultimate' Passes??

Has anyone purchased the Disney 14 or 21 day Ultimate pass marketed in the UK? I'd like to know if there's any verbiage on the ticket/voucher that restricts the use of these to UK residents, or any other such restrictions. Can you recommend a vendor, on the web or otherwise, for buying these? We used the Fun in the Sun pass last week and these are targeted to Europe but we got them from an Orlando firm. I'm guessing that by our next trip Disney might cut off access to these by American vendors and maybe eliminate the FITS pass altogether, so I'm searching for a source. Thanks for any info offered.

I don't know whether there is anything on the tickets themselves, but companies selling them include:

and another (attraction tickets direct), but I can't find the link at present. The tickets are excellent value (£154 for 14 days approx $270) providing you want 14 days at Disney as they do expire 14 days after first use.
