Question about Disney Rewards

How do I know when my rewards expire. On my statement it tells when soem of the rewards expire which total about 14.00 but I have over 100.00 more that I am not sure how long I have before they expire. I called the 1-800 number for my card but the guy said he couldn't tell me when they expired, just 3 or 5 years when I got them, don't remember which he said. Did he not know what he was talking about or is this just a guessing game of when they expire????

You should be able to log on to your chase account and go to the rewards details to see when they expire.

Rewards expire 5 years from when you earn them, unless you put them on a rewards card, in which case they expire on the date printed on the card.
