Question about Disney product

I’m looking for someone who know Disney more than me, to help me with my question…

So, couples years ago I saw a necklace, it’s a fuchsia color heart, surround by some kind of vire?
there’s also a lock and a key attached to it.
I’m searing which movie/character it belongs to.
I just know it’s from Disney and google couldn’t help me. Thx
