Question about disney merchandise--falling apart

Hey guys-
I bought a sweatshirt when i was in Disney in December--I havent even worn it that many times and i just got it out of the wash and part of the wording is coming off...is it worth it to try to contact Disney to get a replacement? if so, who do i email? thanks!

I would love to know this too. My DD got a cheerleader Minnie t-shirt it has glitter accents. The first time I washed it half of the glitter came off of one of the pom poms. I washed it cold in a pillow case on gentle and didn't put it in the dryer. For a $20 t-shirt I would of liked it to last more then 1 wash.

Can I even call someone just to buy another one?

I have not done anything about this but last August we bought a necklace that the clasp broke off of, a monorail (3-car die-cast) that one of the cars broke off of, the Tree of Life playset that the cage door hinge broke on, and the huge castle (light-up with play pieces) that just feels cheap and chintsy (would not have bought it if I could have felt it!) There was one other one, that broke in the first 3 days or so, just can't remember what.

I know we have more souvenirs than just those, that did not fall apart or break, but that is still pretty excessive and disappointing to me. Funny, because we have 4 kids and RARELY does one come up broken. My kids are just not tough on their toys.
