Question about dinning

I have a question. I am going in September of 09. I was wondering if they have free dinning then?:surfweb:
 
They probably won't announce that until early in April, 2009. That's when they've historically made the offer.
 
No way to know yet if there will be an offer, or what form the offer will take.
