Question about deed language?

We have a question and hope someone can help as we have heard different things.

We have a current BLT contract and on that deed we are referred to as:
"------ and ------, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety" (where ----- and ----- are our names).

We are purchasing an additional contract at Aulani through First American Title Company and they have used slightly different verbiage.
The new deed refers to us as
"------- and ------, husband and wife, whose address is -------------, as tenants by the entirety"

I know these are overall similar but have been told that DVC can be sticklers and I was previously told they have to match "exactly".

We really want both of the contracts to be able to be under the same online login so we can manage our contracts/pay dues/etc.... without having to maintain separate logins for online access etc... The two contracts have different use years so won't be the exact same account number.

Does anyone have experience with this? I am not a lawyer and not sure how important this verbiage is

I have used several different versions of my name over time, some contracts have middle initial, some have full middle name, a few are just my first initial and last name. Disney has kept them all under the same log in and account.

You mentioned that you have 2 different use years... As do I. That creates 2 different memberships, and when I asked DVC (since our property ownership differs between memberships), they indicated that as long as the contracts within each membership are the same, it's fine. That said, I think as long as the names and form of property ownership matches within a membership, then it should be fine.
