Question about DDP and menu

DH and I are going back down in October and will finally be doing the Deluxe Dining Plan. I really want to eat at Narcoossee's this time and was showing him the menu last night. DH was really interested in the Surf n' Turf but I told him I didn't think that was available on the dining plan. Am I right?

See the dining plan sub-forum for full details, but in general, the DDP menu is not limited in any fashion. There are a few exceptions, mostly in DTD places.

The Surf and Turf is a vaiable on the DP.

I had the whole Maine Lobster when we were there in Sept. with Free Dining.

You can also make substitutions on the Surf and Turf, if you like. In Sept we were on the free dining plan and I substituted scallops for the lobster tail. I received a full order of the scallops, plus the steak medallions. They were sooo good!

And I'm happy to see aubriee's experience. I ate at Narcoosee's in 2007, and while the lobster was "okay", it's not something I'd try again (yes, I realize it's rock lobster, not Maine lobster, but I wasn't going to risk not liking any part of my dinner ). Yes, I live in New England and no, I'd never tried lobster before

On the other hand, I realized just a few years ago that I LIKE scallops/
