Question about CRT

Hi!!!!! I am soooooooooooo excited right now so try to excuse me! I called Group Dining this morning and got all of our wedding ADRs that we wanted!!!!

So, anyway!! I made a ressie for CRT breakfast and I was told the price $84.76 for two included tax and gratuity. Is that true? AllEars.net says that gratuity and tax isn't included, or is that if you're using DDP? We're not using DDP.
