Question about CP & TIW

I kow I can't get my discount on the dining package but, can I use Tables in Wonderland to get discount on just the wine? I know TIW includes wine/alcohol normally, but not sure about this.
When you do dining package for LeCellier, can you order anything from the menu (except lobster)?

I was told yes. We are planning on using our card for the alcohol and appetizers. To me a good meal needs a good wine!

I think that the DDP has no restrictions at this time as for what food can be ordered. I have found that most servers ignore the you cannot have ??? as the higher the bill the higher the 18 % automatic tip!
