question about CP college presentation

DD just started college, and would like to do the CP either in the fall of 2010 or the spring of 2011. We noticed that they are having a college presentation near her school in October. If she isn't planning to go until next year, could she still attend the presentation and find out about the program? Should she call to register? Unfortunately, her counselor told her she knew nothing about the program. Thank goodness for the dis forums!

she should be able to go to the presentation! if i were her, i'd call the person from that school who is in charge of the CP though just to make sure.

i went to the spring presentation 09 even though i was a high school senior and was hoping to do spring 2010

honestly though, it was the same info they give in the e-presentation. its not really worth going unless you want to physically talk to the campus rep's or something

Oh yeah, it's fine to attend the presentation, even if you aren't planning on applying. In the spring, there were a couple of people there just to view the presentation and to talk to my school's recruiter.
