Question about cooler items at BCV

DH and I are planning to be at BCV in October. We will stay at Pop Century the night before our check-in and come over to BCV in the morning after breakfast. I doubt that our room will be ready that early so I am wondering about our cold items that we will have in a cooler bag. We would be heading to the park until our room is ready, so I don't want to leave the cold items/cooler in the car. Can the front desk put them in their cooler until our room is ready? In the past we have used Garden Grocer and I know they store cold items until rooms are ready, but this trip is just the two of us so we really don't need to use GG.

Front desk, no. Check them at bell services and tell them they need to be refrigerated. When your room is ready and you are in it, you can call for them to bring it up with your luggage that is being transferred from Pop. You can go collect it yourself if you prefer, but you need to tip them whichever way you do it. Enjoy.
