Question about Concierge Level

I know that rooms with Concierge level of service costs more than a regular room. Do you have to pay for the meals/liquor that is served at the Concierge level?

The food/beverages offered in the concierge lounge are complimentary, including alcoholic beverages. Please note, however, Sugar Loaf Concierge at the GF does not include alcohol.
