Question about Codes after payment

If your trip is paid in full, or mostly paid and a code becomes available, will Disney refund your money?

I'm a worry-wart by nature and will have our trip paid for by the end of May (we're not going until November). If I have to, I'll just stick the money in my savings account and wait but anyone with OCD and/or Worry Wart tendencies will understand my plea

Our Jan trip was paid in full in Oct and NOV 1 the codes came out for ticket upgrade and hotel disc. I called WDW travel and they were able to apply the code and upgrade us from the CRB to the OKW for only $44 more...not bad!!

So definitely try to apply code if you get one

I have done this numerous times. As a rule the "refund" you are due just sits on your reservation account and then when you check in it's available for you to spend as a credit.
If you specifically want them to issue a refund you will have to ask them to do so.

I've already booked our June, 2008 Wilderness Lodge trip. I started paying on it in July, 2007. The entire trip is just over $4,500.00 and I have already paid over $2,400.00 with my e-bay sells. I am hoping to have it paid in full way before my 45 day mark. I called Disney reservations last week and asked the same question the original poster asked. I was told they could give me a room credit when we got there or I could upgrade to a better room.
