Question about check-in...

I am wondering if everyone in a party needs to be present when checking in. As the owner/member, can I check the whole party in (including a total of 5 adults into a 2-bedroom) and get keys for everyone, or do all adults need to sign something. Not sure if we'll all be arriving at the same time.

I check in the wife and kids all the time and we all have charging privileges. I cannot see why you would not be able to check the entire party in.

You can check in your entire party as long as you are listed on the resservation.

You just have to confirm the names and ages if there are kids, also which cards get charging privelges.

I have done this countless times.

DH and I checked in everyone in our party at SSR and we were occupying 3 separate rooms. The CM made me write down the names of each person and what room they were going to be in.
