question about charm bracelets

I am interested in starting a charm bracelet next time we are at WDW. I think the charms would be a great thing to collect. I see the Italian (flat bracelet) charm bracelets are very popular. But I don't really like silver.
Does Disney make a traditional charm bracelet, the bracelet part is small rings and the charms are dangle? If they do make this, do they make it in "real" yellow gold, 14k or something similar? And does anyone know what the price range of the charms are? Where in WDW would be the best place to look for the charms? I assume all the jewelry stores and the World of Disney store at DDM would have them.

Thanks so much for your help.

I don't know price ranges, but i've seen the dangle type bracelets all over the park. THey quite likely do have the 'real' gold type, but you'll have to look at the nicer stores in the display cases to find them.

I did a search two years ago for the same thing. You can use any plain gold bracelet made to hold charms, sold everwhere (outside WDW). The nicest collection of charms I found was at the jewelery store on Main St. Good luck!

I have a regular 14 kt gold charm bracelet that I purchased (not at Disney - I got it in the Jewlery District in NYC) when I started buying gold charms. My first Disney charm was from the 25th Anniversary in 1997. I have added to this charm bracelet with a castle, Tinkerbell, Mickey and some other charms. I love my disney charms but just to warn you they are expensive. I believe the 25th Anniversary one was just over $100.00. Not sure about the others.

I have also started an Italian Charm Bracelet with Disney charms. These are a little more reasonably priced. I usually wear the gold one to work or if I am a little more dressed up and the italian one I wear with shorts and jeans.

I purchased all my charms at the World of Diseny store in Downtown Disney. As far as the italian charms go, they have them for about $3.00 each in the WOD store. They also have some of the more expensive ones (around $25-$30 each). I have to say that I love the $3.00 ones but some of them have turned color on the inside and I can imagine that they will not last as long as the more expensive ones. I also saw the more expensive ones in Italy in Epcot.
