Question about Carnation Cafe desserts

This will be a birthday celebration and I thought I had read about a cake that the kids can decorate themselves that comes in a micky shaped dish with frosting and doo-dads to put on it. Is this at the Carnation Cafe? I've been looking online for a menu that lists this but I couldn't find it. This would be a great birthday type of thing for my dd to do
