question about care after pacemaker

My mil just got out of the hospital with a pacemaker.

I was told by sil that we need a schedule to make sure there is always somebody with my mil for the next 2 weeks.

My 16yr dd wants on the schedule. Do you think she would be able to handle this? I think she can, but want other opinions.

I have no idea what level of care my mil will need.

I absolutely think a responsible 16 year old could handle this, and it's great that she wants to help. You should be proud of her. Make sure she understands what will be involved and what she needs to do if there is a problem.
