Question about bringing bags on rides

Sorry if this has been asked a million times...
Can we bring our bags/backpack on all the rides? If not where do we put them while on the ride?

Yes you can. Some rides have a net to hold them. Otherwise your lap or on the floor. Depends on the ride.

At Disney, yes. At Universal, some rides don't allow bags on. In that case there are lockers outside of the ride to store your belongings.

You kind of HAVE to bring your bag on with you. There aren't designated places to store them at Disney (with the exception of the Kali River Rapids).

You can bring a bag/backpack on any ride. On rides like Rock n' Roller Coaster, just set it on the floor at your feet, and loop the strap through your leg (since the coaster has inversions, you'll want to make sure it doesn't fall out!).

On Kali River Rapids, there's only a small place on the center of the ride vehicle to store bags so they don't get wet. There's not enough room for things like backpacks or larger bags for all the riders in the ride vehicle. So they have free rental lockers outside the entrance to Kali - you can store a bag (or dry clothes!) in a locker for two or three hours (I'm not sure the exact time, but there is a limit).
