Question about booking just a room

yes, it doesn't matter how you've booked your room, as long as its onsite or the Hotel L'Elysee then your room ID (which everyone gets when they check in) is what you need to access EMH (plus of course your APs/park tickets to get through the turnstiles).

you can just call the normal booking reservations number, and ask them about room only prices with your AP.

I don't bother anymore to be honest, as usually the price you are quoted for room only with Disney is more than the package price :confused3!

The room only rates tend to be best on expedia but they often only have them during the off peak season.

Yes, although it's still worth getting a quote to compare, this has consistently been our experience over the last couple of years.

And if you do book the room package for one person, and use your AP to access the parks, you can always give away/sell your package ticket afterwards :thumbsup2

the package tickets are dated. mine have always been valid for a few days after my trip but certainly not long enough to sell them and someone else to get the use of them
