We have 7 of us and want a booth on the lower floor. We don’t mind splitting up. Should we book all 7 or split reservations into 3-4 using 2 different accounts?

I think they would likely seat a larger group on the upper level where they can move tables a little to accommodate. You could ask at the desk though, but if they are busy it might be more difficult. Of course, if you seperate, there is no guarantee you will all be seated at the same time. Now, the last few times I've been to GG it's bee pretty chill and not crowded, so it might not be a problem at all, but I'm sure it can depend.

I have been seated on the lower level with reservation for a a group of 7 twice. They have a way of connecting two of the booth tables. Both times we got to check-in ahead of our reservation and requested it and told them we'd be happy to wait for a table on the lower level. They seated us right at our reservation time, no problems.

Oh good glad to hear!

They can make a big mega booth in the lower section. I have done it solo multiple time and was seated in lower section on basically a side car to a bigger table with a small gap between the 2 . It would be easy for them to slide the 2 areas together.
