Question about booking a party for people not staying on sight.

I am planning a family reunion next year and most of the family is staying off site I. A big group house. I prefer not to stay with them and plan to rent DVC points and stay on property. My question is this…… is it possible for me to purchase there Halloween party tickets, if they are all connected to my account, at the early “staying on property” release of tickets? Or would I need to wait until the general public can but tickets?

Tickets for on-site guests cannot be purchased for off-site guests.
