This is probably a stupid question, but I just booked a 2nd room for our trip next May. We only need 1 room, but we haven't used our DVC membership yet and I'm unsure if I'm going to fall in love with a 1 bedroom when we go next week so I wanted to make sure we have a studio and a 1 bedroom option for when we go next May. I'll just cancel the extra when we get back from Disney in a couple of weeks. (would be nice to save some points and stay in a studio if possible)

Is this going to cause any problems with MS? I booked the rooms with the same names, but put my husband as the lead on the 2nd room that I booked (this morning).

It doesn't seem like it will be since people book more than 1 room all the time, but I didn't know if would be an issue because the room occupants are the same.

It shouldn't be a problem.

If there is a program that looks for "duplicates", it probably only looks at lead name. I recently booked two rooms for the same time with me as lead on one and my DH on the other. (I was trying to move the first few days of our reservation. Booked the available day and waitlisted for the rest. Kept the original while waiting). It took a few months for everything to work out and nothing was cancelled or challenged during that time.

Good luck!

P.S. We fell in love with the 1 bedrooms and I suspect that you will, too. :)
