Okay, so from my reading here I understand you can book up to two rooms with an AP discount. We have one booked for ourselves at BC for next month. My MIL is now joining us for 2 nights, but this puts us over the room limit so we'd need to book a second room.

As I understand it, I need to be there when she checks in, but does my name need to be on the room as a guest? Also, can the second room be at another resort? There are no more standard rooms at BC, but YC has them and I think BC Villas has a comparably priced room.

TIA!

I don't know if this is the way it always is but I booked a room for my parents on my AP in January. They arrived late at night a day after us. I did not need to be there when she checked in. No problems at all.
