question about beverages & food on the fishing excursions through disney?

Can you request beer on board or bring your own? my fiance & his grooms party want to do a fishing excursion during our wdw wedding this march and insists there be beer & some snacks. has anyone done this previously on a wdw fishing excursion?

My family has done the fishing excursion twice and we loved it!! There was a cooler with a few beers, sodas and water both times we went. There were no snacks. I'm sure you could bring your own snacks and beverages. The driver was very easy going. I'm sure they'll have a good time.

Why not just call WDW-PLAY and ask them to make sure?
