question about beer/wine...

What are the prices for the different beer/wine/liquor options? I haven't been set up with a Wedding Planner yet and I just am trying to figure out how I can work this into my minimum...Thanks!!

Well first you have to decide if you are going to get a package (where you pay a set price per person per hour) or if you you are going to do bill on consumption. The best way is to think of your guests and see how much you think they will drink.

We are doing the premuium package for the length of the reception (includes many top shelf liquors, imported and domestic beer, soda, juice , bottled water, sparkling water and a few wines) it comes out to about $45 a person for the night.

now say each person drinks 6 drinks I have got my monies worth. Some people may only drink 2-3 drinks but other people are going to drink WAAAY more than that in 5 hours in my group So this is something you have to figure out.If you have more questions feel free to ask.

Sandk, I shared some beverage pricing info from at least three of the events that I have hosted in WDW. It's found in the following thread: click here. It should give you a feel for how your pricing might work out. Please note that I don't know what this year's pricing is. You'll need to get that from Disney.

We booked a 3 hour unlimited beer and wine package for 40 guests and the total was $1146.37. However, we are trying to take it off because it really seems like an unnecesary expense for us since only DF's family drinks and we would be paying $23 per person for my family to just drink water
