Question about becoming a CM

I wasn't sure where I should post this, but maybe someone here can direct me. How hard is it to get hired at WDW on a fulltime basis? I have been on the website that has the jobs, but there isn't alot to look at there. Is WDW a good place to work? Any information would be helpful.

It's only hard if you're picky about what you want. If you're not picky, it's very easy to go full-time. And it's amazing.
