question about applying for a disney visa card.

looks like disney has taken to giving discounted room rates/deals to people with their credit card, so i'm going to apply for one.

anyone know if there are any good codes to use when applying for a disney visa card?

i found one, 6RH728, that is good for $25 in disney dream reward dollars--not real sure what that is.

is that the best deal out there, or anyone know of better codes?

I got the same offer from WDW for their Visa with the $25 in disney dream reward dollars. I am going to bite the bullet and finally get the card. If I find out anything I will post.

I got the Disney visa a few months ago and that is the same deal I got (25 disney dollars). You get the 25 with your first purchase, although it can 2 billing cycles for the dollars to show up. You earn 1% back. That means for every 100 you spend you get 1 Disney dollar. I know it doesn't sound like much but, i have been charging everyhting that i normally pay cash for. Then when the statement comes in PAY OFF the bill. This is the only way to make it work for you. I have been earning about $6.oo a month. I aready have $40.00 disney dollars. I'm going to request my rewards card right before I leave for my trip. They can be used for lots of things in the parks including food. Hope this helps you.

anyone know....are the reward dollars just like disney dollars? do you start earning 1% with the first charges you make?

are there any better codes for "sign-up" incentives than the $25 reward dollars?
