Question about AOL Parental controls and Webkinz

Is there anyway to unblock the webkinz site from AOL parental controls?

I have a friend who child is unable to use her own screen name in Webkinz because of the AOL parental controls. To access Webkinz, the child has to use the parent's screen name. The parental control is set for young teen and my friend wants to leave it there but have the kids be able to use Webkinz with their own screen names.

We have aol. I believe her child can ask for a request to use any certain website, then the parent OK's it. We have done it before here and it works. She should get a pop-up permission type box when the child is trying to access a blocked site.
