Okay, so more than likely we are going to make the monthly installments for our AP's vs paying all at once as we are managing a few projects at the same time and don't want to spend all our savings!:confused3

This being said, I know that if I buy my ap's today, they will be billed on the same day each month.

However, when do they go into effect? Is it the day of purchase or the actual first day that we get them activated?

Thank you in advance!

The year starts from the date of first use...not purchase date.

Hate to sound like a stick in the mud, it seems like a silly idea to not plunk down the cash for the tickets upfront when they have a 2 years for the price of 1 promotion going on. You are saving $99/per ticket if you purchase it this way because you are not paying for the renewal at the 2nd year.

Purchase by 8/31, Activate by 9/30

AAA South is offering the same deal as well.

The 2 for 1 tickets have to be purchased by 30th August 2007 and will be automatically activated from 30th September 2007 if you have not already done so.

Good point but it is still 2 years for the price of one and if you miss out on a month or two the deal is still a sweet one.

Plus i do not believe you can re-up a pay as you go annual pass for $99 the second year.

Unless they change the program, buying the preferred annual up front has a lot of down stream benefits for years to come. :cool2:

For me (in the UK) it makes sense for me to buy the ticket even though we will only use it for the 15 days we are over there in July at the Hard Rock because it only works out about £10 more expensive adding on Aquatica and Sea World 14 day pass than buying the 4 park Flex Ticket. Plus we would still be able to use it in 2009 saving about £500.:)
