Question about annual pass exchange certificate

I have two exchange certificates for annual passes. When I take them to the ticket counter do the annual passes become active from that date or the date I first use them? Also, can I upgrade them to a premium pass by paying the difference? Thank you!

A new AP's expiration date is one year from the date the actual AP is issued.

A renewal AP's expiration date is one year from the date of expiration of the old AP.

A new AP that is based on an upgrade from a partially used MYW ticket is one year from the date of first use of the MYW ticket.

You would pay the difference between the current gate price of a regular AP and the current gate price of the Premium AP, which is $125 (plus tax) for an adult.

The Resorts cannot issue an actual AP. It can only be done at a park (including water parks) ticket window or Guest Services location (or GS in DTD).

I ordered mine a year in advance from disneyworld.com and received a voucher that I exchanged at the MK when we arrived.

If you want to get a voucher before you leave, you can. I call Disney World and purchase an Annual Pass. They will send you a lime green voucher that you exhange once you get there. As mentioned, at any of the four theme parks or at Downtown Disney. Your annual pass will expire one year from the date you exchanged the voucher. We like doing the exchange at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot since it's almost never busy there. The Guest Relations at MGM isn't bad either.

To the OP. You said you have two vouchers. Remember that each person getting an AP must be present and show a photo ID (for an adult).
