Question about an annual pass renewal

If I buy a 6 day park hopper from undercover tourist, can I upgrade it to renew my annual pass? I know I can update to a new annual pass, I am asking specifically about a renewal. And how long do I have to renew my expired annual pass?

You cannot renew your pass with a different pass from Undercover Tourist. You can only upgrade to a new annual pass. You have 30 days after the pass expires but it reverts back to a year ahead of the original annual pass expiration date.

Kandi is right. Basically when you renew your AP you're getting a discount (it's cheaper than buying a brand new one) so they won't allow you to 'upgrade' another ticket to a renewed AP only to a new AP. I hope that makes sense no doubt someone else can explain it better.

Perhaps you should look at your future travel plans and run the numberrs.

You can use a pass from UCT or some other to "upgrade the pass to an AP at the renewal rate".

Just be sure that the gate value (before tax) of the pass you are purchasing is less than the gate value of the renewal price of your AP.
