Question about AKV - Jambo community laundry

We are staying in a studio for the first time and I was wondering:

1. where is the laundry room?

2. how do DVC members use the machines for free?

It is accessible by room key. It is free for DVC members. The one we used was on the 5th floor.

Yes, the laundry room is on the 5th floor. Even if the machine looks as if it takes money, just push the lever in without money.

If you call the front desk, they'll tell you about a laundry room on the 2nd floor, that's not the free one. When you are on the 5th floor by the elevators near the front entrance, there's a sign that will direct you to the laundry.
