Question about AKV add-on

I am planning on adding on 50 points due to the current allocation of my points. I was wondering if you needed a down payment on a financed 50 point add-on and also I heard you could still get the UY 2008 points with add-on, is this still possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Yes, you still need a down payment.

As to if you get '08 points, I think that it depends upon when your use year is.
