Ok...so we will be traveling with our school music program to Disney in June. We can get 4 day park hoppers through the school for a discounted rate (256 for 4 day park hopper with 1 day water park and 1 day Disney Quest)....am wondering if we can add days to those tickets once we get down there? The school will be down there 5 day but we will be staying 12 :)
Has anyone ever had an experience like this that they were able to add days to their tickets? The rep doesn't think they can be modified but is adding days to it considered "modifying"///

A regular Disney 4-day PH ticket now costs $392.99 for age 10+. Your special school ticket is priced significantly less. Tickets like these are offered to student groups and may have specific use-by dates. They will state on the back that they aren't upgradable.

A regular Disney 10-day PH ticket is $456.89 for age 10+ ($484.58 with PH+WPF&M). Would your family be allowed to use the regular Disney ticket instead of purchasing the school ticket? That's all I see for an alternative.

Yes, that was our original plan until we got this letter today about the tickets from the school and did the math....would have potentially saved us around $600....
Guess we go back to plan A.
Thanks!

You may be able to order through the school program and get a ticket that has more days than everyone else's. But you need to hang onto the ticket (or put the contents on a Magic Band) and not let the chaperone collect the ticket each night and hand probably a different ticket card back the next day.

If you feel that your ticket budget would be too high with the school ticket for 4 days and your own ticket for additional days, you might just as well go ahead and buy your own ticket. But you need to crunch the numbers for the whole vacation since you might not be able to sign up for any part of the school package without buying their tickets.
