Question about adding days at 7 months...

Just booked a trip for right after Thanksgiving 2012 Wanted to stay on the Monorail since my small niece will be going with us for the first time, so want to stay at BLT for the full week. I had enough BLT points left to borrow and do the first 5 nights, and I'll have to call back at the 7 month point to use AKV points for the remainder of our stay. My question - can I call 7 months before the first day of the reservations (11/24), or do I have to wait until the 7 month mark before our two not-yet-booked nights (11/29)? Thanks!!!!

You have to wait until the 7 month of not booked nights. You could however call on the first day and if their is availability use the AK points for that night and then switch and use the BLT points to add onto the end of the trip.

Another thought is to call now re-book the last 5 nights instead of the first 5 nights so you can still call on the earlier dates.

This way, if you call and those first nights at BLT are available, you can just book them with your AKV points and won't have to switch things around.
