Question about a harness

The theme park forum directed me over here. My youngest son has PVL and it effects 75% of his brain. Unfortunately it has also caused an impulse control disorder. When we visited WDW 2 years ago we had a harness to help keep him safe. The only one that he would allow us to put on him was one of the harnesses that had a stuffed animal on them. He still requires one and since he is exceptionally strong and the harness doesn't hold him anymore. Does anyone know of a place that I can get a harness for a very strong child that still has the stuffed animal on it- or does anyone know of someone that could makes one? TIA!!
