Question about 60 day FP+ window

Next trip we will be staying at AoA and moving to the swan for a conference.
For some reason I won't be able to link my room reservation at the Swan to MDE until 3 weeks before the conference. Does this mean I only get the 60 day FP+ window for the days I am staying at AoA?

As long as you have ticket entitlements, you can book 60 days in advance for check-in through checkout at AoA. Then, you'll have a rolling 60 day window to book for each of the park days after you check out of AoA.

Those "Swan" park days will have to be booked each day as the window rolls forward.
