I booked our family and my friend's family two rooms with a 40% off code for our trip in Dec. They were given their own confirmation number and the husband's name heads their reservation (just so you know that my name is not on both rooms). If they decide they want to make it a package and add dining, will this be a problem? Just wondering if CRO would have to see if there was still a room left under the pin code promotion at our resort or if it was as simple as booking the package under the pin code instead of room only.

Will I have to be the one to call since it's my pin number? Or will they have to call since the reservation is in their name? This is clear as mud, I know--Thanks!

I believe you may need to be the one who calls on this. You can add the dining & tickets to a room only discount, so it shouldn't be a problem for them to do that for you.

The best thing would be for you to call, tell them your story, and ask if you need to add the dining or if your friend needs to call and do that. If the ressies are linked together, then I would think it would be okay for you to call it in.
