question about 180+10 for ADR's

Can't you make these at the 180 day mark + 10 days out. I tried to make them on our DVC Member's site and it will not let me. Am I wrong on this? I was under the impression I would be allowed to make a ADR 3 days in to our vacation at the 180 day mark. Is this still or was this ever allowed or is the website just not set up for this????...smjj
