Question: 11-month booking period / Day by day ressies?

If I want to call day by day at the 11 month booking window, do I call at 11 months for each check-out day?? And then when I'm done call and combine all the ressies??

Example: If the first night I want to stay is 8/16/2008 do I call on 9/17/2007, since the 9/17 will be the check-out day for the 1st night??

Please help!!

Yes, you've got the right idea. But you can tell them the first day that you call that it is the first day of a multiple day reservation and you'll be calling back each day to add another day. They put it all on one confirmation number for you and just hold it until all days are filled. Very easy!

You may not need to do this day-by-day at the 11 month window. Unless you're trying for a very limited availability unit at a very busy time (ie, a grand villa at Christmas) you won't have any problem getting your request at the 11 month window.

Quite agree, for the likes of August there is likely to be availability within the 7 month window let alone at 11 months, I had no problem at all getting a standard view BWV studio within the 7 month window they told me they had plenty of availability, just think some folk panic too much, If everything was booked up day by day at 11months I would be selling tommorow.

I will definitely have to call day by day at the 11 month window, because I will be trying for concierge level at AKV . I believe they will only have a total of 10 rooms and some are 2-bedroom lockoffs, so if someone books a 2-bedroom, it'll decrease the availability for the studios and 1-bedrooms.
