Quest Machine Glitch?! Kiosk turned my Green Carpets Purple

I was setting up a Birthday quest when I wanted to clear out prizes. I had some left over green magic carpets in there so i was about to take them out with i saw that all of them had turned Purple?! I was shocked and had two other players check just in case and they said yes they were purple. What in the world happened???

EDIT: also i noticed that i had put 50 credits next to them, there are now 53???
